Video Brief - Property Promo

Salcombe Gardens

In collaboration with Mindplan Productions, we worked with a London based housing developer who wanted to produce a selection of property promo films to promote three luxury apartments he had for sale in the Clapham Common area. The brief was to produce four films, three advertising the three different properties and a fourth showcasing the area.

With the aim of making these luxury properties look as attractive as possible for a buyer, we used a combination of aerial drone videography with cinematic gimbal shots to showcase the properties in their full glory. We incorporated a voiceover describing each and every detail of the properties overlaid with a gentle audio backing track to keep with the calm flow of the films. We allocated a day's filming for each property, then a further day to capture the footage used to promote the Clapham Common area.
